Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

– Actively solicit and generate leads to identify potential clients in need of auto insurance coverage.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Meet or exceed established sales objectives and revenue targets.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to better assist clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to policy issuance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n

– Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and upsell insurance coverage.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and meet or exceed sales goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Bilingual Spanish<\/span><\/p>\n

– P&C Licensed Preferred\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
